I have long, thick, straight hair and this is the only shampoo that I have used for many, many years. Like 20 years I think. Just the right amount conditioner in it to give me moisture without flattening my hair. I do use a little detangler on my ends but don’t need any thing beyond that for soft hair with body.

They have changed the formula with the new packaging, too much conditioner it makes my hair fall a lot and it feels very sticky. Very disappointed!!!! Too bad I already opened the bottle and cannot return it.
