JVi contains a blend of 12 fruits and vegetables with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrient, which is a good addition to your diet and a good source of vitamin C. But please be aware that drinking JVi should not replace the aim of eating 400 g of fruits and vegetables per day, according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), (excluding potatoes and other starchy tubers).
