Take two (2) capsules two times daily with meals. For best results, take 15–20 minutes before meals. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.

Warnings

When taken as directed TR90® Fit provides 150mg green leaf tea extract. Do not exceed 1,200mg green tea extract per day in combination with other products containing green tea. The recommended dose of this medicine provides small amounts of caffeine.
