Shipping Time
Most orders placed on our website are shipped directly from the Nu Skin Philippines Office. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. We work hard to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible!
Shipping Cost
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₱190.00
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery nationwide for all orders over ₱4,500.00.

Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Details:
- 90% Refund: If the returned product is unopened and resalable, you will receive 90% of the purchase price. Please note that shipping costs (both delivery and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- 10% Handling Fee: In some cases, a 10% handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
