Same as Nu Skin Australia, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.

90 percent (90%) of the purchase price of the product sold by us to the customer if the returned product is unopened and resalable and returned at the customer’s own shipping cost (delivery and return) within thirty (30) days from the order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
